Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 14, 2021, Know Labs, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), will be presenting at the Access to Giving Virtual Investor conference, which is being held virtually on July 13th - 15th, 2021. Ronald Erickson, CFO of the Company, is scheduled to present at the conference at 6:30am PT / 9:30am ET on July 14, 2021.
